Yes. VenueShield understands that NSW RSA certificates expire after 5 years, VIC after 3 years, and WA/SA/TAS/ACT/NT RSAs do not expire. Each credential type has the correct default validity period built in.

How does VenueShield handle Queensland's non-expiring RSA?

VenueShield knows that QLD RSA certificates don't expire, so it won't send false renewal alerts. However, it does flag when QLD-certified staff are assigned to venues in other states where RSA does expire (e.g. NSW every 5 years, VIC every 3 years), ensuring they hold valid credentials for each state they work in.

Can I track RMLV renewals for my Queensland venues?

Yes. VenueShield tracks RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certificates with their 3-year expiry. You'll receive automated alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry so your approved managers never lapse. An expired RMLV can result in fines of around $13,785 under the Liquor Act 1992.

Yes. VenueShield tracks RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) alongside RSA and RMLV for Queensland gaming venues. It handles the different expiry rules: post-2013 RSG certificates don't expire, while pre-2013 OLGR certificates expire after 3 years. It also flags the 3-month training deadline for new gaming staff under the Gaming Machine Act 1991.

VenueShield sends automated email alerts at configurable thresholds (default: 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry). A daily digest email summarises everything expiring soon across all your venues. Missing evidence is flagged as urgent.

Is my data secure?

Your data is hosted in Australia on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Clerk with enterprise-grade security. All uploads are stored securely in Supabase Storage.

Can staff upload their own credentials?

Yes! VenueShield includes a credential request system. You can send staff a secure link to upload their own certificates and documents. They receive an email with a one-click upload portal — no account required. Uploaded documents go straight to your inbox for review and approval.

Do you integrate with rostering tools?

Integrations with Deputy, Tanda, and Employment Hero are on our roadmap. VenueShield is designed to complement your existing rostering and payroll tools, not replace them.

After your 14-day free trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted. If you don't subscribe, you'll have read-only access until you choose a plan.
